Kain Immigration LLC is a small law firm that handles complex immigration matters. We excel at finding solutions for those whose immigration journey has been complicated. We represent immigrants and their families in family petitions, waiver applications, consular processing, removal defense, asylum, citizenship, the immigration consequences of criminal history, Temporary Protected Status, parole and DACA. We speak Spanish. We handle U.S. immigration matters for clients from all over the U.S. and the world. We regularly represent clients at the Boston Immigration Court, Chelmsford Immigration Court, and the USCIS offices in New England, including Boston, MA; Lawrence, MA; Bedford, NH; Johnstown, RI; Portland, ME; and Hartford, CT. We are available to appear in other USCIS offices or Immigration Courts, especially in the Northeast U.S., or we can help find you local counsel to cover those interviews and hearings. USCIS has recently returned to a requirement that applicants, counsel, and interpreters must all appear in person.
In addition to our U.S.-based practice, we also regularly help clients with their family-based immigrant visa applications at U.S. Consulates throughout the world. We have handled consular cases in Canada, the United Kingdom, El Salvador, Brazil, Colombia, Cambodia, Vietnam, South Africa, Peru, Albania, Romania, Jordan, Turkey, Cameroon, Nigeria, Mexico, Germany, and Kenya.
